Due to hygiene and nature of our products there are no refunds available once product is shipped. Any losses or damages will be replaced, unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller. We are always happy to resolve issues that may arise! Customer satisfaction is what we aim for!

We use USPS first-class mail for shipping with tracking. All orders are processed within 1-2 days. (Natural events and pandemics may delay processing time*) US delivery usually takes 2-5 days in transit. Custom order processing takes 3 business days and the above shipping options apply
